ALPHABET

This series is a compilation of ancient and current alphabets of different civilizations and cultures from all around the world. The selected 81 alphabets are depicted on mini canvases which are color coded according to their types. Each canvas consists of 25 characters chosen from each alphabet. The final piece of the series is a blank canvas, asking the question of what might the next alphabet look like. In order to complete the series, the viewers are asked to imagine and draw or write the future alphabet on this blank canvas.
